North Korean Refugees

Korean Nationals residing abroad

• - Official high school graduation certificate and official high school transcript

• - Attestation of Arrivals into and Departures from the Country

Foreigner

• - Official high school graduation certificate and official high school transcript(notarized)
• - Certificate issued by a foreign government agency(notarized, Resident Registration)
• - A copy of Official TOPIK Score Certificate (4th grade or higher)

• - Financial guarantee(Korean national)’s Affidavit of Financial Support, Bank Statement (Korean banks, US dollar $10,000 or more, Deposit period over 1 month), Employment Certificate or Certificate of Business Registration, Certificate of Property Tax Payment

The disabled

• - Medical Certification for Disability or copy of the Welfare Card (the original card should be Presented).

National basic living security recipient and the next lowest income bracket according to National Basic Living Security Act

• - National basic living security benefit recipient and the children of a recipient : National basic living security benefit recipient confirmation, Family Relationship Certificate (if the recipient is the mother or the father of the person)

The next lowest income bracket and their children (Submit the related documents proving such benefits as below)

• - Welfare benefit recipient : the next lowest income bracket confirmation
• - The next lowest income bracket welfare benefit non-recipient : The next lowest income bracket confirmation certificate, Family Relationship Certificate (if the recipient is the mother or the father of the person)

Those who can’t be issued the next lowest income bracket confirmation certificate

• - Health insurance premium payment confirmation for at least the past 3 months (National Health Insurance Service website)
• - A copy of the Health Insurance Card (of self, National Health Insurance Service)
• - Confirmation of Self and Principal's Letter of Recommendation (of the principal of the high school which the applicant graduated or will graduate from)
• - Resident Register, Family Relationship Certificate

Those who are 25 years old or older: Abridged transcript of resident registration

Those who have at least 2-years of work experience in the industry: Employment Certificate (the form provided by the college)

Multicultural family under the Multicultural Families Support Act : family Relationship Certificate

• - Resident Register (including the entire changes of the address)
