You should send a copy of the transcript of school records, and if you are eligible for additional points, you should also send relevant supporting documents by post, if you didn't agree to submit the transcripts during the online application process, or if you have graduated before February 2010 (The relevant documents should be submitted from between the application deadline and the interview date.)

You can submit the documents from 09:00 to 18:00 on a working day during the registration period.
The application form can be downloaded from the college website.
Along with the application fee(postal order) the application form and the required documents should arrive as an express registered mail at the Admissions Office by the designated deadline.
If the mail is lost on the way to the office, the applicant is responsible for that.
